CloudLinux Isolation
Every account runs in its own isolated environment, so a resource spike or a compromise on one site can't take down its neighbours on the same server.
Automated Backups
Routine JetBackup snapshots run as an operational courtesy on every account — on top of, not instead of, keeping your own independent backups.
99.9% Uptime Target
We target 99.9% network uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance — the same commitment written into our Terms of Service.

We don't resell someone else's reseller account The hardware in the section above is ours. There is no chain of middlemen between your site and the machine it runs on.

We don't call it "unlimited" when it isn't Storage and account limits are written on the plan you buy. Where a figure is genuinely not metered we say so plainly.

We don't hide the renewal price Prices are in euros and renew at what you signed up for. There is no discounted first term that quietly triples.

We don't hold your data hostage Standard cPanel backups and exports, on request or on demand. Leaving is a support ticket, not a negotiation.
