Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are prohibited on the services provided by Everon d.o.o. ("Everon", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breach of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Services without refund.
1. Illegal Content and Conduct
You must not use the Services to host, store, distribute, link to, or otherwise make available:
- material that is illegal under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union, or any other jurisdiction relevant to your activity or your visitors;
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting to law-enforcement authorities;
- content that incites violence, terrorism, genocide, or hatred against any group;
- material that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights of any party;
- defamatory, libellous, or harassing material;
- content that violates the privacy of third parties (doxxing, stalker tools, non-consensual intimate imagery);
- weapons trade, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, forged documents, stolen credentials;
- material related to human trafficking, prostitution, or any form of exploitation.
We cooperate fully with law-enforcement requests that are lawful and properly served.
2. Security Abuse
You must not use the Services to:
- distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code;
- host phishing pages, scam pages, fake login forms, or "fake support" sites;
- run command-and-control servers (C2/C&C) for botnets;
- conduct port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, password cracking, or other unauthorised probing of third-party systems;
- launch or participate in any kind of denial-of-service (DoS / DDoS) attack;
- circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or terms of service of any third-party platform;
- run open relays, open proxies, open recursive DNS resolvers, or anything that can be abused for reflection/amplification attacks;
- store stolen data, credit-card dumps, leaked credentials, or any unlawfully obtained information.
3. Email Abuse
You must not use our network — directly or indirectly — to send:
- unsolicited bulk email (UBE), commercial or otherwise ("spam");
- email that violates the EU ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, the CAN-SPAM Act, or any other anti-spam law;
- email with forged headers, spoofed sender addresses, or misleading subject lines;
- email to recipient lists that were not collected with clear opt-in consent;
- email through open or compromised SMTP servers;
- newsletter campaigns to purchased / scraped / harvested email lists.
Email lists must support easy unsubscribe (one click, no login required). Repeated complaints to our upstreams, blacklist listings, or feedback loops attributable to your account may result in immediate suspension.
We may rate-limit outbound email per account and require you to use a dedicated transactional-email provider (Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, etc.) for production mail volume.
4. Resource Abuse
Shared hosting plans operate on shared infrastructure. "Unlimited" features (bandwidth, storage) are subject to fair use and to the technical limits documented on https://everon.one You must not:
- use shared hosting as backup storage, file storage / mirroring, or as a distribution endpoint for files not related to a normal website;
- host public file-sharing, "warez", torrent trackers, or seedboxes;
- run audio/video streaming services, large download sites, image-hosting platforms, or similar bandwidth-heavy services on shared hosting (use a VPS / dedicated server);
- run continuous resource-intensive background processes (mining, ML training, automated trading bots, scrapers, etc.);
- run cryptocurrency mining or any proof-of-work computation;
- intentionally interfere with the normal operation of any service or other customer.
If your account consistently consumes a disproportionate share of CPU, RAM, I/O, inodes, MySQL connections, or other resources, we may ask you to upgrade or optimise. If the impact is severe we may throttle, suspend, or migrate the account.
5. High-Risk and Restricted Content
The following are not outright forbidden, but require prior written approval from us before deployment. Hosting them without approval is a breach.
- Adult / pornographic content (legal-only; subject to additional terms and additional resource limits; CSAM is absolutely forbidden per Section 1);
- HYIPs (high-yield investment programmes), ICO/STO/token-sale sites, "investment" platforms, multi-level-marketing schemes;
- Pharmacy / prescription-drug sales sites;
- Online gambling, betting, lotteries, casino sites — in jurisdictions where they are legal and properly licensed;
- Forex / CFD / binary-options brokerages.
Request approval at info@everon.one before ordering or migrating.
6. Software and Application Hygiene
You are responsible for the security of the software you install. You must:
- keep CMS cores, plugins, themes, frameworks, libraries, and dependencies up to date;
- not install software you know to contain unpatched critical vulnerabilities;
- not install nulled / pirated / cracked themes or plugins (they are a primary infection vector and also a copyright breach — see Section 1);
- promptly remediate compromised installations when notified.
We may scan accounts for known malware signatures, web shells, and indicators of compromise. If we find a compromised site, we may quarantine the affected files, disable execution of the affected directory, or suspend the account, and notify you so you can clean it up.
7. Network Conduct
You must not:
- spoof IP addresses or use false MAC/identity information;
- bypass our authentication or attempt to access other customers' accounts;
- attempt to circumvent shared-hosting isolation (e.g. break out of CloudLinux LVE / CageFS, escalate privileges, access other users' files);
- interfere with monitoring, logging, or backup processes.
8. Domain Names
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and the policies of the relevant registry. You must:
- provide accurate WHOIS contact information;
- respond to registry verification requests;
- not register domains in bad faith (typosquatting, cybersquatting, trademark infringement);
- not use domains to facilitate any activity prohibited by this AUP.
9. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a site hosted by us is breaching this AUP — phishing, spam, malware, CSAM, copyright infringement, etc. — report it to info@everon.one with subject "ABUSE REPORT — [domain]" and as much detail as you can provide (URLs, headers, screenshots). We investigate every report and respond appropriately.
For DMCA-style copyright notices, include: identification of the work, identification of the infringing URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and an accuracy/perjury statement.
10. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- contact you to ask for remediation;
- temporarily quarantine specific files or disable specific scripts;
- suspend the account;
- terminate the account immediately (with no refund) for severe or repeated breaches;
- report the activity to law-enforcement authorities and/or our upstream providers;
- preserve and disclose data pursuant to lawful requests.
The list of prohibited activities in this AUP is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to act on any activity that, in our reasonable judgement, threatens the security, stability, legality, or reputation of our infrastructure or other customers.
